Vacancies for Nigerian candidates with 5-6 year strictly relevant Experience in their respective role. 

a)      Nigerian Head of Admin – Strictly with similar experience. Candidate should have managed large organizations /factory, Experience of handling multiple stakeholders (Stakeholders are creditors, directors, employees, Govt ( and its agencies), owners ( shareholders), suppliers, unions, and the community from which business draws its resources) 5 years plus relevant experience with Management degree.

b)    Nigerian Procurement/purchase Manager – Strictly with similar experience. candidates with Good local procurement experience, negotiation skills, preferably 5 years industrial experience.

c)      Plant shift Managers Fertilizer plant : Candidate with Mechanical or instrumentation Engineering background with Good written and spoken skills. Strictly 5 years plus relevant experience – Should have worked in big industries handling entire shifts. Should have proven understanding of plant efficiency and productivity for fertilizers factory. Location Badagry expressway, Lagos.

d. New vacancy:- Human Resource Officer- Electrical distribution Company – location VI, Lagos

The candidate shall be responsible for: • Providing support in the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. • Developing HR policies and procedures • Maintaining, keeping and updating staff records for future reference according to policy • Monitoring and generating attendance reports of all staff. • Ensuring that approved policies and procedures are adhered to • Assisting in managing various HR projects in line with HR objectives. • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. • Overseeing all administrative and human resource matters including the overall operations and functionality of office. • Any other reasonable duties which may be required

Qualifications Qualifications • B.Sc in Business Admin & Management or Social Science; with  5-7 years relevant HR experience gained within a fast paced environment. • Candidate should be resident around Victoria Island.  Key Competencies • Proven experience in a related HR position. • Competency in Ms.-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. • Accuracy and attention to details • Multi-tasking • Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen. • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of HR function. • Good team player • Self-motivated.
