- Create and manage B2B sales process, Account management function
- Lead and train, expand or shrink the sales team and facilitate team members achieve sales target and self-goals.
- Defines the sales target (Topline Revenue and Profits), sets the sales funnel and achieves the sales targets.
- Sets up sales channels through channel partner program for certain specific solutions
- Be the custodian of pricing and promotional strategies to reduce churn, increasing tenure of customers – Customer Retention
- Builds strong strategic alliances with OEMs and Customers.

1) Sufficient engineering skills especially Electrical Engineering, automation and electronics engineering to deal with Factories, OEMs and client’s technical requirements and come across as sound technical sales professional if not a subject matter expert.
2) Has Large resource pool of suppliers, subcontractors and vendors.
3) Has Large resource pool of OEMs.
4) Expert in identifying customer needs, mapping influencers and decision makers and the competition. Has the ability to make customer comfortable and willing to share their needs and challenges.
5) Aggressive driver on achieving sales targets
6) Creates and develops a Legacy for other sales professionals in the team to follow.
