White light meditation

White Light Meditation : Doing white light healing meditation on a regular basis makes us happy and increases our awareness of our Self as love and light. This unlocks our natural healing capacity and increases our overall wellbeing.

Here is the White Light Meditation :

Sit back and relax in a chair that supports your back and your body comfortably with your palms facing upwards on your thighs, close your eyes and start observing your breath.

Feeling the breath from your nostril till your stomach.  Keep observing.  Breath starts getting slow and longer. Now observe your whole body and keep relaxing.  Take your attention at the top of your head and the space above till the sky.

You can see White Divine light flowing down from the sky through your Crown all the way through all the parts of your body  and finally gets into Mother earth through your feet.  You should envisage your self as a glowing white ball of Divine energy floating in space. Slowly spreading this white light all over and covering the entire earth and Universe.  Visualize the whole world healthy, happy and peaceful.  Enjoy the peace and happiness for few min. stay like that.  Slowly open your eyes. You should feel exhilarated!
