We all want to be happy yet often feelings like disappointment, embarrassment, irritation, resentment, anger, jealousy, and fear fill our daily life, disturbing our peace and happiness of mind. Not feeling “good enough” can saturate very air we breath. Do you think being “Happy” is possible! Yessss!!! When we try to really work with these difficult emotions, instead of being hooked they can open up a path to peace, creativity, happiness and a vibrant compassion for ourselves and others. Let’s commit ourselves and welcome the New Year with Reiki and simple meditation towards “Happy self”. There are a lot of misconceptions about what meditation is and what meditation isn’t. Some people believe you have to be religious to meditate; that you have to sit in uncomfortable positions for hours on end trying to achieve enlightenment, well that’s simply not true. Meditation enables our thoughts to clear and when we have clarity we can become far more productive and creative in every aspect of our lives.  Its very simple – Lets Just sit comfortably with closed eyes and start observing your body from bottom to top for few seconds.  Slowly take your attention to your breath and check each and every breath, just be like a witness and simply glide into magical journey of meditation.  Gently observe yourself again, come back after few min.  amazing isn’t 🙂  Don’t forget to share your experience with me if you like.

Giving Reiki Attunement to a child, no matter what age is very effective and empower child from an early age to gain self reliant and self-love.  It is perhaps one of the greatest gift one could pass on to their children.  From the age of ten, a child can be initiated and parents as a Reiki channel may practice healing for them.  It helps in dealing with stresses of body and mind. They should have a balanced body and find easiness for taking any sort of tests or activities. Reiki can help in energy balancing and calming emotions stuck in depression or anxiety state. Power of Reiki Energy and Creative Visualization

Magical Reiki energy with Creative Visualization enables your subconscious mind to manifest your desires by using the power of imagination and mental pictures.  As the saying goes: “A picture is worth a thousand words”. The sub conscious mind is influenced both by words as well as by pictures. Words imply affirmations and pictures imply visualization. Outline : 4-5 hrs Degree 1 & 2

  • Breathing patterns & balancing of 5 elements of body.
  • Chakra clearing, energizing and balancing Meditations with sound.
  • history of Usui Reiki, the human energy field, self healing techniques & providing Reiki to others (family, friends etc).
  • Learn about self protection, grounding & connecting meditation that will strengthen your energy.
  • Receive a detailed manual covering topics & a certificate with recorded meditations.
  • Student are prepared to practice Reiki at a professional level & learn distant reiki.
  • Get attuned and gain ability to channel different frequencies of reiki by receiving  reiki symbols.

Degree 3 – Reiki Level III A Reiki Master

  • Revision of previous symbols and healing.
  • Attunment of Golden Energy Master Symbol & others traditional symbols

Stress is what you feel when you react to pressure, from school, work, after-school activities, family, friends or from inside yourself wanting to do well in school, wanting to fit in. Stress is a normal reaction for people of all ages. It’s caused by your body’s own mechanism to protect itself from emotional or physical pressure or from danger.

Is stress always bad?

No. In fact, a little bit of stress is good. Most of us couldn’t push ourselves to do well at things – sports, music, dance, work and school – without feeling the pressure of wanting to do well. Without the stress caused by a deadline, most of us also wouldn’t be able to finish projects or get to work or school on time.

If stress is so normal, why do I feel so bad?

With all the things that happen at your age, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Things that you can’t control are often the most frustrating. A common reaction to stress is to criticize ourself. You may even get so upset that things don’t seem fun anymore and life looks pretty grim. When this happens, it’s easy to think there’s nothing you can do to change things.

How to overcome stress

  • Eating well-balanced meals on a regular basis
  • Drinking less caffeine and water at regular interval
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Exercising on a regular basis
  • Laugh, laugh and laugh consider it sound medical advice to indulge in it as often as you can. If you don’t like laughter, then take your medicine – laugh anyway. Do whatever makes you laugh – movies, sitcoms, Tom and Jerry, records, books, cartoons, jokes, friends. Give yourself permission to laugh – long and loud and out loud. The people around you may think you’re strange, but sooner or later they’ll join in even if they don’t know what you’re laughing about. Some diseases may be contagious, but none is as contagious as the cure . . . laughter.
  • Make a list of the things that are causing your stress.
  • Take control of what you can. For example, if you’re working too many hours and you don’t have time to study enough, you may need to cut back your work hours.
  • Give yourself a break.
  • Accept, Appreciate and Arose, Find someone to talk to.
  • Celebrate every success no matter how big or small.
